Parking: Parking is available at both ends of and behind the building.
Please do not park in spaces marked “reserved,” as these spaces are for other businesses at 1516. Violators are subject to towing. If all spaces around the building are
filled, additional parking is available in the parking lot next door (1518). You may enter our building through entrances at the north and south ends of the building.
From north of Richmond (Northern VA, DC, Ashland, Fredericksburg,)
Interstate 95 heading south – Take Exit #79 (I-64 West to Charlottesville). From 64 West, take Exit #185 (Route 33 East - Staples Mill Road). The exit immediately divides. Bear left onto
Staples Mill Road East. Traveling on Staples Mill, go to the 6th traffic light and turn right onto Broad Street. Turn left at the
next traffic light onto Willow Lawn Drive. Go through one traffic light at Markel Road and turn right at the fourth building (1516) on
the right.
From west of Richmond (Charlottesville, Holiday Inn Express on Gaskins Road, Parham Road, Innsbrook)
From Interstate 64 heading east - Take Exit #183 (Route 250 East Broad Street)-stay in left lane Take 2nd ramp to the right (1st
right ramp goes to Glenside Drive) to Route 250 East - Broad St. At top of ramp you will be on Broad Street.
Go to 7th traffic light and turn right onto Willow Lawn Drive. Go through one traffic light at Markel Road and turn right at the fourth building (1516) on right.
From east of Richmond (Airport, Williamsburg, Hampton, Newport News, Virginia Beach)
From Interstate 64 heading west – Follow 64 West through Richmond, being careful to follow signs
“to Charlottesville” when 64 splits off from 95. Take Exit #185 (Route 33 East - Staples Mill Road). The exit immediately divides.
Bear left onto Staples Mill Road East. Traveling on Staples Mill, go to the 6th traffic light and turn right onto Broad Street.
Turn left at the next traffic light onto Willow Lawn Drive. Go through one traffic light at Markel Road and turn right at the fourth

From south of Richmond (Chesterfield, Petersburg, Hopewell, Eastern North Carolina)
From Interstate 95 heading north – Take 95 North through Richmond to 64 West, being careful to follow signs
“to Charlottesville” when 64 splits off from 95. Take Exit #185 (Route 33 East - Staples Mill Road). The exit immediately divides.
Bear left onto Staples Mill Road East.
Traveling on Staples Mill, go to the 6th traffic light and turn right onto Broad Street. Turn left at the next traffic light onto Willow Lawn Drive.
